Psychotherapy · Counselling · Group practices · Private practicePeople don't search for "therapy". They search for EMDR, couples counselling, a trauma therapist for their teenager, or someone who gets burnout. We build the pages that match those searches, so the right clients find your clinic and the right therapist on your team. For group practices and solo therapists in Ontario and across Canada and the US.
Free audit: we look at your site, Google Business Profile and rankings, and send back a short list of fixes. No pitch, no obligation.
Why it's hard
Psychotherapy is one of the most crowded areas in local search. Directories, big online therapy apps and every clinic in town are all going after the same few searches.
People search for the kind of help they want (EMDR, CBT, couples, grief). One "Services" page listing twelve modalities ranks for none of them.
Psychology Today and the online therapy apps own the broad terms. The way in is being more specific and more local than they can be.
Clients choose a therapist, not a building. Your clinician bios are some of the most important pages on your site, and usually the weakest.
Pages we build
Every clinic is different, but these are the pages that do the heavy lifting for most psychotherapy practices.
EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, ACT, psychodynamic
A real page for each approach you offer: what it is, who it helps, what a session looks like, and which of your therapists do it.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief, OCD
Written the way people describe what they're going through, not in clinical shorthand.
Couples, teens, children, men, 2SLGBTQ+, first responders, postpartum
If you have therapists who specialize in a group, that group should be able to find them.
Credentials, approach, who they work best with, availability
Built so each therapist can rank for their own name and specialties, and linked to the modality and concern pages.
Session fees, sliding scale, insurance receipts, direct billing, virtual sessions
The page most visitors look for before they reach out. If it's hard to find, they leave.
Therapist in Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, online therapy across Ontario
For each city you really serve, plus a virtual page for clients anywhere you're licensed to practise.
What's included
Everything a practice needs to get found, show clients who's the right fit, and make it easy to book a first session.
We map the searches that match the work you actually do and want more of, then decide which page on your site owns each one. No more pages competing with each other.
One strong page per modality and concern, clinician bios that do real work, and internal links between them, so both the clinic and each therapist can rank.
Your Google Business Profile set up with the right categories and services, consistent directory listings, and location pages for the cities you serve, so you show up for "therapist near me".
You usually can't ask clients for reviews, and in Ontario the CRPO doesn't allow testimonials. We keep your profiles accurate, help you respond to reviews without confirming anyone was a client, and build trust through things you can show: credentials, approach, and clear information.
Helpful articles on the questions people ask before they reach out ("what is EMDR", "how do I know if I need therapy", "couples counselling vs individual"), written with care and reviewed by your team.
Clear fees, who each therapist works with, and a simple way to book a free consult. If your site needs more than a tune-up, we also do website design.
Solo or group
A solo therapist can't outrank a big clinic on broad terms, and shouldn't try. Go narrow: a specific population, a specific modality, your area, and useful content that answers what people type at 11pm before they book. Keep your directory profiles, but your own site is the only one you control.
Group practices usually have the opposite problem: lots of services and therapists squeezed into too few pages. We fix the structure first (one page per modality and concern, strong bios, location pages if you have more than one office), then build content on top.
Each location needs its own page and Google Business Profile, with local details that are actually local. We make sure your locations help each other instead of competing.
Doing it properly
Your clients trust you with a lot. Your marketing should never put that at risk. What we stick to:
Common questions
Both. Solo therapists usually need a smaller, sharper plan focused on a few specialties and their local area. Group practices need more structure. We'll suggest what makes sense in the audit.
Keep your profile, it's useful. But Psychology Today lists you next to dozens of other therapists, and they own that relationship. Your own site is where you can rank on your own terms and show people what you're really like.
Yes. Reputation for a therapy practice is more about accurate, complete profiles, careful responses to public reviews, strong bios, and good third-party mentions than about collecting stars. We work within your college's rules.
Specific modality and local searches usually move in 3 to 6 months. Broader terms in big cities like Toronto take longer, often 6 to 12 months, because the competition is heavy.
Yes. We're based in Halton Hills and work with therapists and clinics across Toronto, the GTA and the rest of Ontario, as well as across Canada and the US for virtual practices.
