Home / Website Redesign
Oakville · Burlington · Milton · GeorgetownYour site worked fine in 2016. Now it's slow on phones, hard to update and doesn't look like the business you run today. We redesign it into something modern and fast, and we do it without throwing away the Google rankings you've already earned.
Redesigning websites for local businesses since 1999. Fixed quotes up front, and you own everything when we're done.
Why redesign
Most of your visitors are on a phone. If the menu's fiddly or the call button's hard to find, they go back and call the next result.
People judge a business by its website in a few seconds. An outdated site makes a great business look like it might be closed.
Slow, clunky sites rank lower. A redesign is the right time to fix speed, structure and local SEO all at once.
What's included
Built around your brand and your customers, not a template you've seen on five other sites in town.
Designed for phones first, then scaled up. Big tap targets, clear menus and a call button that's always there.
Your services, prices, areas and story updated and written so customers (and Google) get it quickly. See content writing.
Light code, compressed images and good hosting. See speed optimization.
Every old page mapped to a new one, with redirects, titles and schema done properly. More on that below.
WordPress (or another platform if it suits you better) so you can change hours, prices and photos yourself.
Google Analytics 4 and call and form tracking, so you can see if the new site brings in more leads.
Built with readable contrast, keyboard navigation and proper headings. See AODA accessibility.
Keep your rankings
The biggest risk in a redesign is dropping off Google because the old pages disappeared. Here's how we avoid it.
We list every page, what it ranks for and what links to it. Nothing gets deleted by accident.
Every old address gets a new home. Pages that rank keep their address where possible, and the rest get 301 redirects.
Titles, descriptions, headings, schema and the sitemap are checked before launch, then we submit it to Google Search Console.
We keep an eye on Search Console for the weeks after launch and fix any errors or drops fast.
Signs it's time

Common questions
Not if it's done properly. We map every old page to a new one, keep addresses that rank, set up 301 redirects for the rest and watch Search Console after launch. Most of the sites we redesign end up ranking better.
Small refreshes can be done in two to three weeks. A full redesign usually takes four to eight weeks, mostly depending on how fast content and feedback come together.
Yes, though it's usually worth tightening up the content while we're in there. Old copy is often the reason a site doesn't convert.
Yes. We'll need access to the site, the domain and the hosting. If your old developer is holding things hostage, we'll help you get them back.
No. We work mostly in WordPress because it's easy for owners to update, but we'll recommend what fits your business. If you're on Shopify, for example, we'll usually stay there.
It depends on the size and what you need. Small refreshes start at $999, most full redesigns start around $3,000, and sites with online stores start around $4,000. You'll get a fixed quote before anything starts.
