Websites and SEO for
accountants, bookkeepers & realtors.

People hire an accountant, bookkeeper or real estate agent because they trust them. Your website is usually where that trust starts, or where it falls apart. We build professional service websites and local SEO that show who you are, what you do and who you do it for, and that play by your industry’s rules. Across Halton, Peel and the GTA.

Free consultation: we look at your current site and Google Business Profile and tell you straight what’s worth fixing. No pitch, no obligation.

What makes these
websites different

These are relationship businesses. People are handing you their finances or their biggest purchase, so the site has to do more than list services.

Trust first

Real photos, real credentials, real people. Stock handshakes and generic copy make you look like every other firm in town.

Seasonal demand

Tax season, year-end and spring market all drive spikes in searches. Your site should be ready before the rush, not halfway through it.

Industry rules

CPA Ontario governs how accountants advertise, and RECO sets rules for real estate ads in Ontario. We build with those in mind.

Pages that bring
in clients

The right structure depends on who you serve. These are the usual starting points for each type of practice.

Tax season and deadline pages

Searches like: tax filing deadline Canada, how to file taxes for my small business

Timely pages and Google posts that bring in new clients right when they’re looking, and help existing clients get organized.

Niche and specialty pages

Searches like: accountant for doctors, accountant for contractors, condo specialist realtor

If you specialize, say so. A focused page for your niche often ranks faster and converts better than a general services page.

Team and about pages

Searches like: your name, your firm name, reviews

Proper bios with designations, experience and a real photo. For referral businesses, this is often the second page people visit.

Professional services
website design and SEO

Everything an accounting, bookkeeping or real estate business needs to look credible online and bring in the right clients.

Professional website design

Clean, fast, credible sites built around your services and your people, with client portal and booking links where you use them. See our website design work.

Local SEO

Keyword research by service, client type and town, one page per service, and the structure that helps you rank for “accountant near me” and the specific searches around it.

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, photos and posts on your Google Business Profile, so you show up in the map pack when people look for a local firm or agent.

Reviews and reputation

A simple system for asking happy clients for reviews, and help responding professionally, without revealing anything confidential about a client.

Lead generation pages

Home valuation pages for agents, free consultation and tax checklist pages for accountants, built to turn visitors into conversations.

Maintenance and seasonal updates

Updates, backups and security handled, plus deadline changes and seasonal content kept current. See maintenance & hosting.

Built for regulated professions

Accountants and real estate agents in Ontario both work under advertising rules, and bookkeepers need to be careful not to imply designations they don’t hold. What we stick to:

Fixed quotes.
No mystery invoices.

Every build gets a fixed, itemized quote before any work starts. Our $999 starter package covers three pages, template builds start around $1,500, fully custom sites run $3,000 to $6,000+, and online stores start at $4,000. SEO and Google Business Profile work is quoted separately, month to month, with no long-term contract. Not sure what you need? The free consultation includes a look at the site you have now.

FAQ

How much does a website cost for an accountant or bookkeeper?

A solo bookkeeper or small practice can start with our $999 three-page starter or a template build from around $1,500. A full firm site with separate service and industry pages usually runs $3,000 to $6,000. Every quote is fixed and itemized.

Can you add MLS listings to a realtor website?

Usually, yes. Listings come through a data feed from your board or CREA, and each feed has its own display rules. We set it up within those rules, or link to your listings if a feed isn’t the right fit.

I already have a brokerage website. Do I need my own?

Often, yes. Brokerage pages are hard to rank and you don’t control them. Your own site builds your name and keeps working for you if you ever change brokerages. It still needs to show your brokerage clearly.

Can clients upload documents through the website?

We don’t recommend collecting tax or financial documents through a regular web form. We link to the secure client portal you already use instead.

When should an accountant start SEO for tax season?

Ideally by the fall before. Ranking takes a few months, so work started in October or November is in place for the February to April rush.

Do you work with lawyers and other professionals?

Yes. Lawyers, financial advisors, insurance brokers and other professional services follow the same approach. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what applies to your profession.
